By registering for Face of Gbagyi Niger, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

• Applicants must be female, aged 18–30 at the time of registration.
• Applicants must have a demonstrated interest in Gbagyi culture and heritage.
• Employees and immediate family of organizers are ineligible.

2. Registration

• Registration is free of charge.
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
• False information will result in immediate disqualification.

3. Competition Process

• The selection process includes online screening, physical audition, competition phases, and a grand finale.
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule with notice.
• All judge decisions are final and binding.

4. Conduct

• Contestants must conduct themselves with dignity and respect.
• Harassment, discrimination, or any form of misconduct will lead to disqualification.
• Contestants are expected to participate in all scheduled activities.

5. Media & Publicity

• By registering, you consent to photography, video, and media coverage.
• Content may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
• You may withdraw media consent at any time by emailing us.

6. Voting

• Votes are ₦100 each and non-refundable once counted.
• Vote manipulation or automated voting is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Organizers reserve the right to audit vote counts at any stage.

7. Coordinators

• Coordinators must conduct themselves professionally and ethically.
• Coordinators must not charge applicants any fee.
• Violation of these terms will result in revocation of coordinator status.

8. Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
